Video Agreement

  1. The Contributor grants a non-exclusive licence to CyberTalks to publish the talk and/or interview and related information, including visual and audio recordings (the material).
  2. CyberTalks shall be free to publish or further disseminate the Material in any/all languages, media or territories.
  3. The Contributor will be free to reuse the Material.
  4. The Contributor agrees that CyberTalks can edit the Material to fit their publication media.
  5. The Contributor waives the Contributor’s moral rights to be identified in the Material as the Author (or co-author as the case may be) of the Contributor’s contribution, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  6. The Contributor warrants to CyberTalks on an ongoing basis that:
    1. The Material is the Contributors own work
    2. If the Material has been previously published, CyberTalks will not be infringing the copyright of a third party by publishing the Material
    3. The Material does not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, blasphemous or illegal or which will be otherwise actionable matter
    4. If the Material contains material which is someone else’s copyright, that the Contributor has or will obtain the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner (evidence of which has been or will be provided to CyberTalks and that any such material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the Material
    5. All statements in the Material purporting to be facts will to the best of the Contributor’s knowledge and belief be true
    6. The exercise of the rights will not infringe any rights belonging to anyone else
  7. This agreement shall be governed by English law and the Contributor agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
